RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICING

At The Mane Society, our top priority is a positive environment. We would love to service all you beautiful ladys with open arms BUT, we will not tolerate rude, or demeaning behavior from any guests. Guests behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave.

To book an appointment, a credit card is required and must remain on file. your credit card WILL NOT  be charged at time of booking. It will be securely stored and will only be accessed if policies are broken. (please read policies below) You may choose to use this as a form of payment the day of appointment. :)

If you are 15 minutes late or more for your appointment we may have to reschedule your services if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled

We understand things change. If appointment needs to be cancelled | changed we request 72 hours notice. Appointments canceled within 72 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. 3 consecutive no shows or cancellations will result in The Mane Society no longer servicing you as a client.

no children or additonal guest allowed

We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your services may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at The Mane Society we feel that children who attend their parents appointments at the salon pose a safety issue as well take away from the experience we offer at The Mane Society. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you recieve your service.
